A couple of times after heavy rain I get water coming in on the passenger side. Once I noticed it as I went around a corner it poured into the footwell in front of the door. I have tried unblocking the drainage tube at the side by pushing a wire down it, I then poured boilling water down it, I could hear the water flowing in but it didnt come out anywhere!

Where should the water come out? And where has it gone?!

Also there is dampness around the bottom of the windscreen.

Can anyone help?

The air intake in front of the wind screen will have blocked drain hole,,its a matter of taking off the grill and filter if fitted and cleaning the drains out

Next to the NS bonnet hinge there is a rubber flap, about 1/2 inch square. Pull it off. It's a bit difficult to get your hands down there though. There is also another main drain below the middle of the sceen but you need to remove some of the plastic bulkhead/wiper mechanism to get to it. If the NS flap is 100% clear & you still have a leak, you will have to clear the middle one out.:(
