In my case the reg number search was very succesful, but then I suppose the 203 isnt exactly a rare car !

You will not find all parts listed online, I suggest you give them a call about specific parts you need.

Also, bear in mind that they will only get involved with higher volume parts (eg filters and brake parts), and are by no means attempting to offer all the parts that MB supply.

I have used many ECP stores over the years, with several cars and brands....never had any major issues, anything small sorted immediately, they have saved me lots of ££££

I have never used there online service...I normally get best online price and see if they can pricematch at store, I will only fit branded parts or known OEM suppliers...if good normally next day pickup...even speaking to them on the phone is sooooo much nicer then my local 'stealer' (Inchcape Warrington)parts dept which is a nightmare IF they answer the phone!!!

I agree 100% they could learn a lot from ECP store customer experience...

I too had very good service from the Newcastle branch, they quoted me a better price than the on line price with the discount for a Citroen servo. The guy serving me was very pleasant & knowledgeable. In future I will be buying more from them than the MB dealer.
