What’s wrong with my Gearbox?

I’ve got a lovely 2013 (w212) E class Mercedes, 350 s/s blue efficiency, it’s been a great car and I love it BUT I’ve got this problem with the gearbox,(I’m assuming it’s gearbox) if I start it up and pull away slowly, keep to 30 miles an hour or less, basically just poorly about, then it seems the car goes into limp mode, like if I then floor it/kick down, nothing happens, it just picks up speed slowly and will not change up gear until it reaches 3000 RPM, so, I have to pull over somewhere safe and turn the car off and give it a minute, then when I turn the car on again, it’s like it’s reset itself and as long as I pull away sharpish and drive a little faster, it’s fine, thing is, nothing shows up on the diagnostics any help or suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks

Star sesh needed asap , so many parts involved in the way modern gearboxes behave, so have a proper diag done

Sounds more of an engine power problem. Needs to go on a star diagnostic.

Needs a proper diagnosis. As Star and Bembo say could be many things.
