If your ATF, transfer box and rear diff fluids are similar to mine, you are looking at a bill of around ~£550 for that alone.I find there is always that bedding in period with a used car during which you sort out all the things you think need attention so the cost can add up. My list includes a new front air strut (the adaption valve is leaking) probably before the next MoT and the following year at circa 50k miles gearbox, transfer box and diffs oil changes. That little lot will come in at the thick end of £3k but will bring the car up to where I want it to be maintenance wise.
I just spent about 30 quid on diff oil. Cost to refresh it: about an hour of my time (I hope!).If your ATF, transfer box and rear diff fluids are similar to mine, you are looking at a bill of around ~£550 for that alone.
Usually just 2 bolts a fill and drain. If the bottles have the pull out straw youll be done in no time. Post a how to. May help othersI just spent about 30 quid on diff oil. Cost to refresh it: about an hour of my time (I hope!).
