Blimey, the list of things an SLK needs are endless!
Isn’t that only over £135 buddy ?
It must have rained a little in the night. My lovely clean car has a layer of sand on it
Yet!At least it wasn't a wet joke
Know the feeling, my last teams call of the day will be at 8 this eveningToday I have gazed longingly at the 221 out of my office window, then back to the solidly double- booked calendar and the hours of Teams meetings ahead of me. And cried a little.
Crying sat in an S class is better than crying in a FordToday I have gazed longingly at the 221 out of my office window, then back to the solidly double- booked calendar and the hours of Teams meetings ahead of me. And cried a little.

The worst I ever had was a 9hr drive from Sunderland back to Warwick in my old H-reg Astra. That was... painful.I like spending time in my SLK, I really do… however 9hrs (7 hrs driving and 2 hrs parked on M1 with engine off) to do a normally 3.75-4hr journey wasn’t my plan for today.
Still the seats were comfortable and I’ve no back pain, AC could do with a re-gas though

Do you have some leakage, sir?Hmmm, I can sense a wet joke in the making, cry produces wet water type of liquid which in turn fines it's way through r230 seals..........No crying near my r230 please!!!!!
Today, I have:
transferred the toolkit & reserve fuel can from the CL into the new S Class- took a bit of adaptation, as the S Class has its jack in the wheel barrel unlike the CL, where the jack clips into the platform metal next to the wheel. Weirdly this car came with 3 OEM warning triangles! View attachment 68514
and replaced the broken door mirror indicator (has its own thread):
