What is the Best Car Alarm?

I am about to invest in a new alarm. What is teh best alarm out there for decent money? Any recomendations? I live in London!

IMHO, the only decent car alarm is one you can hear. A high quality immobiliser is probably a better investment

Agree with Blobcat,nobody pays any attention to car alarms these days, only useful if it's parked outside your house.
Invest in a good immobiliser and keep the car keys in you pocket or under your pillow ,as the usual way now; because of good immobilisers ;is to steal the keys from the house.
