What is this for ???

Excuse my blatant lack of MB knowledge but this is my first ... can somebody tell me what this is for ??? It’s in the arm rest

It's a connection for a UHI phone cradle. Part if the built in phone wiring. You can either plug a phone specific cradle in or a bluetooth adaptor (MB or third party like Viseeo).

If you already have Phone Bluetooth connection via the COMAND, you don't really need it.
