What lubricant/grease for sunroof rails?

Whilst im cleaning the pan-sunroof drains tomorrow (see other thread) i could do with lubing/greasing the sunroof rails. What should I use? There seems to be quite a lot of different suggestions on the net, with various warnings of causing damage if the incorrect is used.

I find that dry lube spray PTFE works v well...

As above,, but i first clean off the old crud first before you put the new lube on to the rails . I used WD40 only to brake down the old lube thats on the rails then wipe it all off clean .I then spray in the new lube .
