If it were hacked there would be spurious content there. It simply appears that the server is down. Happens and I would not expect it to be back up until Monday as I don't recall 24/7 support being part of the deal.

I had an email from them this morning as I complained over the weekend. Apparently there were problems....someone must have switched the box off

Mine now works ok.....use this link https://www.service-and-parts.net

Yep, works now. It still gives me the error message about my Java version being too old despite installing the version they provide!

Hi,
Can anyone help before I e-mail the site I have as of yesterday subscribed to the EPC. I log in, and the "Launch epc" button is not visible to me, on my own pc.
I log in to the site on my works pc, I see the "Launch epc" button, but this comes up with "application not found".
Do you have to download something? I have,nt as yet and I thought I had done everything correctly.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Yesterday the server was down but today (this afternoon) it appears to be ok.

What browser are you using ? I sometimes have trouble with it using Firefox so I use IE for this.

You need to have the Java app on you PC. I think you should be able to upgrade to the latest version at www.java.com

Apart from that, it should work. Try disabling all your security features for popups and see if it works.

Help!

I have just signed up and got all the relevant confirmations, but as soon as I try to log on AOL shuts down and leaves me with just the Windows desktop.

Any ideas?

AOL is the devil..
I think EPC is incompatable with AOL (isn't everything?!)

Wonderful! AOL certainly has issues with Norton Firewall so it could be possible.

Anyone out there signed up for EPC and running AOL as their ISP care to comment? Is there a solution short of changing ISP?

I have AOL (Gold package) so Its not an ISP issue.
Have you tried opening a window in internet explorer then logging into the EPC?
Manually update your java then try again.
