Whats the approx amount of fluid that I will need

I have to change to 2 rear brake hoses wondered how much fluid I would need to replace and bleed the old fluid.

Just buy a litre tin and bleed all round as well.... Brake fluid is hygroscopic, so dispensing with any that's absorbed H20 will benefit the system

You can minimize the amount of fluid you will lose by putting cling film over the master cylinder opening with the cap removed.. Then screw the cap back on.. This eliminates the breather hole effectively..
Sounds like an idea that wouldn't work but actually it works very well.

Remember to remove the cling film when you're finished.
