and i wanna know whjat the fanfare horn is, that does it mean or whats the sound, is it more of a pholyphonic sound or something

you need to call in at Horns'r'us. i think you may have a horn issue.

and then this is listend as a extra, aditional blah blah, called FANFARE HORN
