Hi guys I’ve got a bit of play in front passenger side wheel so thought it might be wheel bearing but my steering wheel is facing left slightly and car is pulling to the left as well would be something else other than wheel bearing?

Play can be wheel bearing or ball joints.
A wheel bearing will have okay in both the 12 -6 and 9 - 3 planes. A ball joint only in the 12 - 6 plane.

My view. If that wheel bearing. Wheel will be almost hanging off and a simple matter to spot when wheel off ground

Maybe joint in end of steering rack shot. Or shot drag link joint, excess play in steering box depending on system employed on yr model?

Tyre pressure , broken spring , pothole damage to NSF suspension components , wheel alignment out , wear in steering components , etc.

Play can be adjusted out of the front bearings with a 5mm allen key and a shifter , providing the bearing is OK.

One think to beware of - wheel bearings on Mercedes are designed to have s small amount of movement. It's far worse to over tighten an MB wheel bearing than under tighten.

If it is wheel bearing excessively loose, which for this case I doubt. . Don't readjust. Remove inspect first.
Don't fill hub with grease. To much locks in heat pack bearings well and hub about a third nip up adjustment to squeeze grease out and no play then back off until just detecting play.. If in doubt get someone who knows to show you first time.

Pulling left can also mean more than the tracking is out. Take it to Wheels in Motion https://www.wheels-inmotion.co.uk/ and get a four wheel alignment - they keep the special MB camber adjustment bolts. Had the same problem on my CLS and they fixed it perfectly.

This explains the issue
