Hi what is the minimum number of turns that the bolt needs have when putting a wheel on.
Also how many turns does an extra 4mm of thread equate to pls?
Place the bolt in the hole in the wheel, and there should be 12mm sticking out of the rear, with a thread pitch of 1½mm on a 14mm bolt thats around 7to 8 turns
MB wheel bolts are often as you say threaded all the way,,this makes no difference at all,,our wheels are hub centric,,that is they are centered on the hub, and the wheel bolts just keep them on, and play no part in the centering
