wheel offset for Yr 200 clk

Can any body please tell me the off set for my alloy wheels as fitted standard. I have been told an 18" alloy from a Ford Mondeo will fit.

I could be shot down in flames here but isn't a Mondeo wheel 4 stud

I have a 2000 CLK430. The offset is 37 on mine. Anything in the 30 to 40 range should be OK. With 18" wheels, you will get close to rubbing on the inside of the wheel arch especially if you get the springs changed.

I would never go 19" on the CLK by the way.

Are you thinking of lowering at all?
