Hi all. New to forum. Own a 2014 C220 coupe. Just after some advice on wheel sizes. Currently have 18's with winter tyres but looking to buy some new rims for summer tyres. Does anybody know if 19's or even 20's would fit without any issues ? If so what tyre size i would need. Thanks in advance

Pete.

To be fair it won't be great on 19s either.

Don't know how much life there is left in your current winter tyres. My preference would be to used the 18" wheels for summer tyres, 19" are very firm.
Winter tyres should be as narrow as possible to give maximum down weight. I run 18" summer & 17" winter, I would run 16" if I could fit them.

Thanks J Bell. Think I will go for 19’s. Funny really. I remember an old escort with 15’s and was lusting after some 16’s. Then I got an Audi with 17’s and wanted 18’s! You see how this is going?

Would you think I could get away with a higher profile tyre on the 19’s if 20’s would fit?

No, causes all sorts of problems, you need to keep the rolling ratio of the wheel / tyre combination within + / - 2.5% of the original
