Hello

Try Piston heads, loads of pictures and list everything it has.

Put the wheel straight for the pics :) photo the engine, side, wheels etc etc

Very low millage depends on how much your asking I guess?

Sorry to say this but as so often when there is no interest shown it is usually the price that is putting people off.

I see you are asking £9.500 ono. Trouble is the part ex price even with your miles (from Glass's Guide) is £5,000 in average condition and £5,600 in excellent condition. Obviously for a private sale you can ask more than that but maybe not as high as you are trying for.

Put in the ad. that it is remarkably economical on fuel or say you get over X miles per gallon on a run. It matters at the moment.

e-bay could well be worth a shot. Get two or three bidding for it and who knows. Put a sensible reserve.

Hi,
I just sold my E200 Elegance Saloon, one year older than your own with 58k on the clock.
I found that main dealers were paying around £1,500 less then the trade in value because big petrol engined cars just don't shift off anymore.

Mine finally shifted at £4,100. I suspect that you'll be looking at £6,500 for private sale, maybe even a little less, and yes, I was shocked too! The reality took a while to sink in for me too. Merc's are fine, but people want fuel efficient cars first.
