Where to source distributor for 500 SEL (1992)

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum. I wondered if any of you owners of older Mercs would know of sources of hard-to-find parts.

The distributor on this 1992 500 SEL has failed. We have a new distributor cap but the service garage here in Ireland has tried to source a rotor and pick-ups and has drawn a blank.

I would be grateful if any of you could give me some leads to sources that might have a distributor we can buy.

Thanks, LostKiwi, I emailed SLShop and searched the other two but with no joy. I will wait to hear what SL shop says.
I find it hard to believe that there aren't a few of these distributors skulling around on parts shelves somewhere...

I'd phone the other two. They don't necessarily display everything in the website.

Thanks, David, will do! SL Shop came back to me today. They didn't immediately say, no, we don't have any. They asked me to confirm the VIN and said there are a few variations on distributors, so I'll wait to see what they turn up...
