Is there a number on the cradle,, that should be checked,,it might be underneath the 6150,6210 and 6310 were all current then.

You can buy a Nokia cradle cheap on Ebay

I'll take a pic and post it back on this thread.
Thanks.
Is it easy to get and change the cradle in order to fit another model of mobile?

You might be better getting the Mercedes MBU 1000 blue tooth module

http://www.itjustworks.co.uk/downloads/mbu1000_manual.pdf

About £175, and you can use just about every phone, 2 mins to install/plug in. Check the list above

MB cradles are ridiculously expensive, and you would probaly be limited to Nokia 6210, like me ! The bluetooth module above is well worth it if you want to use a more modern mobile.

Make sure you have taken the small rubber plug out of the back of the 6210. There is a small round socket which plugs in to the cradle

That is one of the phones that you hold to talk,,it takes what ever plugs into the end cable

I would change it to one of these

Have you installed it Malcolm ?

No I have ordered the extra wires, and will include it in the ring,,it will go into my glove box and I can plug into the phone module under the center box,, so much easier on mine :D:D

ive just received second hand cradle b6 787 5846 with a nokia 6220.
The plug that is in my car is the same male connector that would plug into the cradle. But the problem i have is that the actual plug size is to big.
Is there anything i can get or change?
Also do i need to take out the existing cradle?thats in my previous pic
