Which oil..

Just checked the oil on the car(2008 e280),and the oil needs topping up..im not sure which oil to put in,so im turning to u chaps for advice..thanks in advance

229.51 for CDi engines as it has to be Low Ash

My 2007 CLK oil burner had a sticker next to the oil filler saying low ash.
When I later got a spec sheet for the car I found out that it was not fitted with a DPF so didn't need low ash.
