Whining Noise at Low Speeds

I have a w211 E240 2004, I and my family drive it however I'm quite busy with uni right now so I don't really drive it, however, my brother and my mother have noticed a whining noise that you can hear from the youtube link at low speeds and after moving off with the car for a fair bit of time. All I could find on the other forums of similar issues was that I might be bearings on the wheels. can it be something else? any help would be much appreciated.
