Been trying to get hold of a locking wheel nut key for about 3 weeks now.

Only realised I needed one when I came to take a wheel off to clean the hub & calliper. Opened the tool kit and there it was.
Unfortunately it didn't fit the nut. (Off a different car)
Couldn't be bothered taking it back to the dealer I bought it from (much too far), so asked my local one if they could source one for me.

After 3 phone calls (and as many promises) have given up on them. Tried another main dealer this morning (a bit further away) but what a difference.

Now on my way to them and their stores person says he'll check it (while I wait) and order one. Asked if I needed to book it in to be checked, and he seemed surprised I even thought that (Other dealer told me I'd have to, and have to wait a while)

Looks like I've found a new main dealer (at least for the remaining warranty period) :)

Not naming the original waste of time one at this stage, but their showrooms are palatial. Don't know how they get the income to keep them this way when the quality of service is so poor.
