Why Is The Radiator Cold?

cause it will over heat and throw all the water out!!!

whay do you ask? Give us the symptoms - is it overheating?

The radiator is cold because the the thermostat is closed and the water is only flowing thru the heater matrix, if you wait long enough (~20mins @ tick over) the stat will begin to open and then the rad will warm up.
Is the heater providing heat? does it cool down if the blower is on full blast?
There have been problems with some water pumps having plastic impellers which break up or fall off the shaft (inside the block, you can't see this), this will cause fairly rapid over heating of the engine when driven.
