Grains of sand are really very tiny particles of rock. It takes time and certain kinds of weather to turn rock into sand. Rain, frost, and wind can do the job. At beaches, the tide hitting against the rocks forms sand. Salt water, too, forms sand by dissolving minerals in the rocks.
I know where there are sands, I was asking how it landed in the air filter container with compressor engine
Been behind a gritter lately or on a gritted road. Almost certainly where the sand will have come from. :?
Just remove the air filter element and the sand will go straight through and out the exhaust into the air box of the Mercedes behind you
everytime I clean the air filter, it got sands with compressor engine?
Does it suck air extraordinary than non compressor engine?
next time you are in the place where you get sand in your air filter then just drive untill your ears start to get wet into the blue stuff and that will clean it out for you! i swear by salt water its an instant cure for un-wanted ailments. happy motoring!!!
