will 2.3 210 engine fit?

can anyone tell if e 2.3 eng+box or just engine fit straight into a c220(202) without any major alterations thanks in advance carloss

i cant see any reason why it wouldnt! may need different mounting rubbers, but as far as i can tell, that should be all!
