hi guys, my current alloys are old and boring and one of them has laquer missing amongst other dings etc, so I was thinking about getting a newer set

my current wheel size is 195/65/R15 and the ones i'm looking at are 225/60/16

so the question is, will the new ones (from a mercedes S class) fit my W202 ?

cheers

after researching a bit i've found this http://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/information/fitting_chart/mercedes-benz

doesnt look like the above wheels will work, or will they ? frrom the kwif-fit image below the 60 number (225/60/16) would correspond to 60% of the tyre sidewall, and according to my mercedes car manual (back pages) and the above link (alloywheelsdirect.net) that figure is not listed

so am i out of luck ?

This is the fitment guide provided by Chris Murray. I don't see the sizes your looking at for a W202 :-(

They are 6.6% too large according to the tyre size calculator I use. 634.5mm Diameter currently & 676.4 mm for the S Class wheels. I don't know about the offset however that is immaterial really.
