Window switch.

So the 4 window switches on the drivers side 1 of these has broken off so popped of to Mercedes to purchase a new one, the guy looked on the system and said we only sell the complete thing with the 4 switches at £130 I said don’t bother I will wait till a couple more to break.

Sounds cheap for Mercedes. I was quoted £80 for the two little bits of plastic for the armrest lid on a W211. Double sided tape fixed that.

if its the actual switch cover (ie the silver part) even at 50 notes is a rip off.

If its the switch itself (electronic part), if the 50 pound part is Cheap tat I would avoid and get MB

if you know the part number then you can buy it on ebay, cheap, however the quality might not be perfect, but then again, they broke already so were probably crap to begin with

but you like spending your money at MB ;)

More of the you get what you pay for and pay once pay right.
After going down the cheaper option many times over the years, the parts just are inferioir (dont last) and sometimes require fettling to fit.
Obv for some cunsumabale items I dont use MB but for parts its always my first port of call. I always ask for and get discount so for me it works.
