Wiper motor for W123

I did not use my 230E for over 6 months and as I tried it last weekend the wirpers moved half a turn and stopped. How to get to the motor to check it out and spray it with WD40? please help. Thanks.:confused:

The contacts inside the motor may be fouled. Open the top cover and cleanup the contacts. Avoid putting grease near or on the contacts.

If you haven't done so check the fuse. Even if it looks ok the ends of the metal strip can seperate from the strip or corrode. If it stops halfway then it is the costant feed that is at fault.

W123-Wiper Motor

I checked the fuse and it is fine. My problem is getting to the wiper motor!
