Wiper motor

Hi guys

I have owned my Mercedes’ c class 220 cdi. 2011. Amg blue efficiency. I was wondering if some kind person can help me. I have 2 issues. 1st. My wiper motor has a malfunction. It says actuator blocked. ???
2nd My start/stop has suddenly stopped working . If any kind person can give me some guidance or advice. I would genuinely appreciate it. . Many thanks .

Thanks for replying. Both batteries are less than 3 weeks old. And they are both merc batteries

You will need an indy,dealer to run a diags and tell you what's what
