Wireless charger not working?

Hi Guys. Any support and advise on why my phone won't charger when placed on the wireless pad?

Possibly the case? Maybe try charging without its case?

Does it charge OK on other wireless charger pads?

Theres also a software update where MagSafe on apple was causing an issue (software update on the wireless charger (and the whole Audio system will be done at the same time)

I took the case off.

Ooh. Never tried it on other wireless charger pads. It's a Samsung Z Flip so would of thought so.

I've got a Samsung. But as above, I'll check to see if its compatible with wireless charging.
