wiring question

nice and simple for anyone that knows the answer. on my car the fuel shut off valve has a wiring plug with 4 wires in it. im told that they are for the fuel temp transmitter and the actual fuel shut off part. im assuming that 2 are for the shut off and 2 are for the fuel temp sensor/ transmitter. the wires are numbered 1-4 in the plug. can anyone tell me which wires do what? then i can check it works on a hot start cycle

I cannot find any details of this,,you have a fuel pump relay K40/2k5 and a fuel return pressure pump relay K40/2k4

All in the drivers side k40/2 relay module

thanks Malcolm, but i think your info may have been for a petrol or a cdi variant, as theres no electric fuel pump on my car. unless these relays control the injector pump in some way?
