just installed my copy of wis on my new laptop put my license code in but it says login not possible no license exists is there anywhere i can obtain a new one or a new copy of wis that will work :-?

You failed to fill in the license key part during the install, you should have made a note of it and use the number to generate a new key. you generate a new code and enter it by opening the mercedes wis key

Maybe I miss read your post.
If you have generated a new key, the program must be closed down and opened again.

On one of my computers I have to generate the key by entering the number, close that box and turn the computer off and then back on again
