worn cloth on backrest drivers side w124

Hi there I know tthis a common issue due to wear on the drivers seat, the cloth is worn on the backrest.
Any ideas the best way to go about having this re-clothed, or even a new seat.
Not sure how best to go about this, hope someone has overcame this hurdle in the past and can offer some sound advice

You can buy the cover for the back from MB, it comes off quite easy.
