Went to BJH for my PDC problem.

Diagnosed in a short while and quoted me half Merc garage price to do the job, so its going in on Jan 4th as the sensor will have arrived and been painted by then.

I'll post again afterwards with the end cost and any comments, but so far so good....

Hi Malcolm,

It makes sense for customers of X,Y.Z garage or company to include details on their own personal experiences ONLY.

As you have seen on the forum and we see in the office, one person may say "Terrible Service" whilst others will say "Excellent Service".

This will take sometime to build up, but in Spring 2013, we will be contacting all the companies on the website - making them aware, but also to get customer feedback. This will follow in Aug 2013 with our next MBO Directory (printed version).

Quite happy with BJH motors.
Its quite a busy place with cars of all makes coming in and out all the time,
however, replaced my faulty PDC sensor on my R320 in under an hour and charged me £118.00. inc vat for the complete job (order sensor, paint sensor to body colour, remove bumper, replace faulty sensor and replace bumper.

Merc wanted £299.00 for same work and gave me the jobsworth "sharp intake of breath" vibe when I first took it in.

The guys at BJH were affable and knowledgeable re Merc /BMW and nothing seemed too much trouble for them , and said they would be quite happy to look after the servicing on my 07 R320 and my wife's 56 plate BWW630i

Both are well out of warranty and now I'm not so flush as I once was, I cant justify, or afford main dealer prices.
BJH only charge £60.00 per hour labour as against Merc of Worcester £108.00 an hour.

I'll quite happily go back to BJH motors of Worcester, and recommend them no problem

Mark I think it should be only fair to leave feedback if you have used a particular garage and are not jumping on the publicity bandwagon to back up friends who may or may not have had bad service from a particular garage.

Hi Ian, It does look as though some town names, just does not working very well to find your required search criteria. A postcode search will find it fine as shown when putting your postcode in the search see link: http://www.mercedesspecialistfinder.co.uk/search/?postcode=RG4+8EH&category=14&distance=25

To make it easier I think we will remove the word Town search so people are referred to only searching by postcode searches, which works fine.

Hopefully this will stop town searching resulting in 0 finds.

Postcode Search is only listed now..
