Yellow engine light 2003 w211 e320 cdi

Hi all
My yellow engine light just come on . Car drives well and showing No Malfunction on dash info
However I've been experiencing battery drain and had to jump start engine couple of times . Could this be related ?

have it diagnosed , could be a number of things so guessing is not really the way forward pal

EML can be many things.
Needs to go to a competent garage with the correct diags.
