Yet Another C180 Heater Problem

My 1998 C180 heater has packed up. When I switch it on nothing happens, before this it was always on hot when I switched it on, but now the cold weather is here - nothing. Is it the motor? And how would I go about fixing it? Any ideas?

Hi Malcolm, yeah the fan isnt working nothing happens when I turn the switch.

This will be the motor brushes that need replacing and you must take out the fan, its 390 in the link

You should have others coming on that have done it, the fan can be removed without taking it all out.
