The first design of 4Matic system was introduced in 1987 on the W124 series (E Class) saloons (four-door) and estate (station wagon) cars.
2013 -2019 CLA were C117's
2020 model C118.
From Wikipedia: “Unlike its predecessor, the coupé and cabriolet models were never offered in the high performance Mercedes-AMG E 63 4MATIC+ and E 63 S 4MATIC+ versions. E350 and E400 coupé models were also available in all-wheel drive 4MATIC variants from 2012.”

1987 300D W124 - atleast 300k miles*
*bought with 300kkm on a broken odometer which had (going by past MOT records) broken 5 yrs before. I've added atleast 180kkm since then by fuel use calcs. So 480kkm (300k miles) plus whatever it did in the missing 5 yrs. I've left the odometer broken as cheap classic policy only allows up to 16kkm a year, and I typically do 30-40kkm a year.
Convenient not having to have a working odometer to pass the "MoT"?
They don't check it here - they can't really as they don't drive it at all - here in Spain MOTs work with a govt owned facility and the owner driving through a series of ramps and platforms which automatically test brakes/suspension, emissions, noise, etc, you don't actually get out of the car! In my experience they're also not trying to fail you on petty non critical stuff so if for example the emissions are borderline fail in the first few tests they tell you to just press the accelerator gently for the final ones so it passes...so I doubt they would care even if it was supposed to work to pass the MOT.
2017 c207 e350 cdi. 11,582 miles.
Not sure you have to have one in the UK either, have seen cars with no miles increase in mot checks from year to year...
