I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings but I expect that if you visited this site it was probably downloading all the information off of your pc whilst you thought it was doing other things. If you have visited this site and have any valuable information on your pc (such as home banking) I suggest you change all your passwords IMMEDIATELY.

Also run virus and anti spyware programs immediately. If you want these for free go to the Microsoft web site and download them from there. You'll be amazed at what is really on your pc.

I work in IT and unfortunately this kind of scam is all to common. sorry guys....

All the useful links and sometimes amusing ones that have been supplied on this forum, have in my experience been just that so far. The person who supplied this link is obviously spamming and therefore will be getting paid to entice the forum members to click this link. Ok I am no expert in computing but have long experience of surfing the net and protecting my computer from sites myself and my children visit. ( My 12 year old son puts in innocent search terms such as Playstation and 99% of the sites try to load Porn Dialers, Trojans or spyware !! Also popups for child porn sites.)
Please be aware that clicking the NO button on some of these popups actually are programmed to be the YES button without your knowledge loading all this C*** onto your computer in the background. If I come across these I try to right click them in the taskbar and use close from there. Or if it has locked up your whole browser using Ctrl Alt Del to stop your browser running in programs.
One last thing about these sort of links if you think you might have a use for the programme in question do a quick search on Google, trust me if its bad software it will be mentioned in the first few results. ( I have just this second done a search for Drivecleaner on google and all the first results are how to remove it, not a good sign of good software!! )There are hundreds of free progammes that will do the same job just search and read the legitimate reviews from established trustworthy sites.
