2002 ml500

Hi everyone.
Just wondered If anyone has some advice or things to look for in a 2002 ml500. Seriously considering moving over to the dark side as I've had nothing but bmw's for 20 years. Always been great cars but quite fancy one of these for a big family mover with plenty of power. Not worried about fuel economy as I barely touch 8000 miles a year including trips to France on occasions.

Splendid car. Comfortable and lots of oomph.

Corrosion can be a problem and if you use the search facility on here, you should find whatever is known.

Good cars and well equipped, I only run 500's My son loved his ML500.

Very little to report trouble wise, the engine and gearbox are superb.

search this forum, lots to read about the ML w163 chassis, the petrol especially the 500 is a great car.

£3500 should buy you what you need but do the research and ask questions here.
