Hi Folks

Missus car has got the wired mercedes telephone kit in the center armrest.

How difficult is it to convert to bluetooth ?

Is it just a case of buying a module ?

Thanks

depends if you have the UHI socket (universal handy interface) or a fixed cradle

early cars need the old curly wired viseeo mbu-3000 Bluetooth module
UHI socket gives more choice, like an viseeo MB-3 or MB-4

what phone is in the car that will give more of a clue, a MBU-1000 / MBU-3000 fits where a Nokia 6150/6210/6310 fits

what phone do u want to use now? there's a number of ideas some don't work with apple, some don't read the phonebook.... you may lose some signal strength as the proper phones use an antenna on the roof

not saying this will work... but might and bottom of add will show some of the other stuff out there
