I think you will probably get 17-20mpg round the town and maybe 25-27 on a run.
That model is not as good on the fuel as the 129, I think its more like 15-18 on the 107 around town.

I think from memory Myros was getting 27 on a run and 17-20 around and about - he's never around when you need him:rolleyes:

I'd love to get 17 around town - mines about 14

From what I have read David, even the yanks moan about it, just been over to the USA and the average there is16.1 around town, ok iknow there gallon is smaller than ours. I think Myros was up late last night and he has gone to bed

Are you expecting a 5 litre V8 to be frugal?:) You'll need £10 per day just for fuel, just to get to work and back. If that is a concern, try falling in love with the SLK.

We get 35mpg on a run 20-25 about town Unless I am driving it tends to slip a wee bit!!
The car has averaged 28mpg approx from new now on 9000miles according to trip computer!!
Although in the garage twice last week again one for water ingress in boot and 2 a new windscreen as a half house brick came through passenger side of windscreen on M8 at Paisley( pesky truck).
New windscreen has flaw in drivers side as I noticed when I left Autoglass in Balmore did U-turn and now need to wait for new screen on order!!!

At this rate It wont do many miles this month due to sitting in garages all day!!!;-) ;-)

the masked avenger returns

the worst i ever got was 14mpg, and that was 1hour crawl into a big city over 4miles ( quicker walking) followed by a very very fast cruise up the motorway with the top down to cool off ( 35 centigrade in july) Normally, my urban grind of 19 miles each way of town, inter-urban A road and Motorway gives me 22 if flowing, and 18-19 if choked up.
In Germany last year , at about 90-100, we got 27 ish. In Austria, wafting about the valleys at about 50, we got over 30mpg.

If you can afford a tenner a day on petrol, my advice is buy it. You'll never look at another Fiat again, except in your rear view mirror.
Mine is still cheaper than the bus/train/bus bus/train/bus, and miles more fun.
