Have to sing the praises of MERCMAN ltd based in Southampton. The K2 clutch failed in my E320 autobox which left me with no reverse at all. Rather than replace the clutch in a 200,000 mile gear box at great cost and hassle I decided on a secondhand box. Mercman were very helpful and had one out rapidly. On un-wrapping the box discovered the bell-housing was smashed by the courier (who will remain nameless!). Mercman are sending out another box for tommorrow with absolutely no quibbles what so ever.
