Please can anyone help
I have a 1999 CLK 320 Conv.
My car starts first time in the morning (when cold) but if I stop at the petrol station or a shop - it takes a good few attenmpts to start again. When the engine is hot I tuen the key and nothing doesn't even attempt to turn over.
I have to keep trying to get it to turn over. (one of these days I will drain the battery)
I put the car into a "Mercedes Specialist" who told me it was the starter motor and I had it replaced, but a couple of months later I am back to square one.
Anyone any ideas
