I own a Cl500 2004 and it has a abc suspension leak where it is leaking on to my ac compressor so the pan is catching the drops so i was wondering if its my pump or could it be a line or hose in that area

It's possible that it is leaking from the oil reservoir or hose.
Any leak on the high pressure side usually empties the system pretty quickly. At 3000 psi you'll see a cloud of atomised oil.
Note that the pump services the power steering as well as the ABC.
Check the reservoir level for the ABC - engine running and engine off - there's two levels on the dipstick.

1.25 quarts was added and leaked out to a stop.
