AC Problem

Hi all, my car is a W202 and I stay in a tropical climate country, and for quite sometime now I have been experiencing some problems with regard to the AC. When I start the car in the morning and turn the AC on, I notice that it doesnt blow cold air. However, when the engine temp reaches around 80 it starts blowing cold air, but this is intermittent, after a while, no cold air again. I have changed mostly everything from the compressor, filter/drier, expansion valve, and made sure it was gassed up properly and the AC line was properly vacuumed. There is no leak in the system. Could this be an electrical problem that sometimes my aux fan isnt working properly? Thanks.
