an indie with star machine needed chichester area

Hi , I Have a very competent mechanical neighbour who has an amg smart car! and needs it on star as he has fitted a replacement steering rack ( electronic) and needs it matching up with the car! we have a chap who is 60mile away who is very willing but does anyone know of someone nearer? we are bognor / chichester . many thanks.
