Which ECU?
Your problems span multiple ECUs.

There was a guy on here as a member who does ECUs as his business. but his name escapes me.

No it was another one based out of London

With my BBA Reman experiences, I would go anywhere but them (link in above post).

They cost me nearly nine months of repeated faulty workmanship and almost £1000, along with empty promises - to the extent that I got a CCJ against them before I was able to recoup my outlay.
Probably the most unsatisfactory business transaction I've had in years.

Try Actronics instead.
