Each September the famous Goodwood Motor Circuit recreates the golden era of its glorious heyday, bringing together the most historically significant, priceless machines, along with legendary drivers from past and present. It is the only event of its kind to be staged entirely in the 1940s, ‘50s and ‘60s, and a unique opportunity to leave the modern world behind to revel in the glamour and allure of the post-war years. The 2014 driver tribute will recognise the extraordinary career of triple world champion Sir Jackie Stewart, who, among his myriad achievements, is the joint holder of the Goodwood lap record.
