Battery change ?

Just about to fit a new battery to my 2006 CLK Kompressor 200 .
Is there anything I need to watch out for resetting itself as I dont have one of those natty memory saver gizmo`s ?

May have to reset the windows afterwards. Run the windows fully down and hold the button a few seconds, then fully close holding the button again for a couple of seconds. That should reset the windows.

Removed the battery from 05 CLK to recharge, Ctek recon mode. It appears to be advisable to disconnect/remove due high volts used, page 7 instruction manual.
The only thing I had to reset were the windows.
