Best place for 12v feed for DRL - S211 2004

Folks, I've just bought a pair of DRL units off eBay to try out on 'Der Panzer' and was wondering where under the front of the car is a good source for ignition on 12v I can tap into?

When I did mine, I ran a wire back to the fuse box and used a piggy back fuse, No need to cut into any existing wires.

Is this the fuse box by the door? I couldn't seem to find a switched on when I fitted one of these for my satnav... So it's always on...

I used a test light to find one that was live with ignition on, I think it was the fog lights one I used. just make sure its one with a low amp. It was an ML so will be different but I am sure there will be a ignition live feed there as I had a choice of a few.

Out of interest which did you go for?

Rez, If you mean which lights did I go for, I bought some chrome foglight surrounds and fitted some fish eye led's into the gap in between the chrome strips.
