+1 for NB Unlimiteds, have them in both cars, dips on the MB and both on the 968, really happy with them, think they're as good or better (and cheaper) than the NB Lasers I have in the MB mains. In the past I have also tried original NB's and NB+, the only NB I've not tried is the latest NB Laser!

RING are interesting in that they stubbornly refuse to publish their datasheets, so they are unhomologatable (for that and other reasons as it happens). They're also not a manufacturer...

I've tested them, they're very definitely outperformed by Nightbreakers across the board.

In my experience Ring are the cheapest and crappiest of any. Do you remember the spot lights they used to make? Absolute carp compared to Hella at the time.

I put a set of Osram Night Breaker Laser lights in my wife's B class and am impressed with them. Even my wife commented on how much better they are than the standards.

Oh and plus one for changing standard halogens to Nightbreakers, it really does make a difference.

No. GE make some of the volume of RING H7, not all. One of RING’s issues is that they multi source their lamps, and they’re unwilling to share sub tier sourcing data with prospective clients. That’s why none of the OEMs will touch them with a forty foot bargepole.
